  This full-day program will be an intensive, interactive, “how-to” overview of all the critical aspects involved in what makes up an excellent presentation. This program will be very interactive with exercises, discussions, and “how-to” content. Also, a few people will volunteer to provide a 7 to 10-minute presentation. The purpose is for the participants to learn from watching the performances and hearing the feedback. I will also provide feedback and provide ways to improve. The full-day program works best with any minimum and a maximum of 25 people per session. Since each of my sessions are tailored to the unique needs of my clients, the participants will walk away with some or all of the following. All my programs will focus on your challenges, needs, and concerns.

  My comprehensive presentation skills training system provides maximum benefit in a minimum amount of time. The ideal set up is to have two sessions per day. Each session lasts approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, with 4-6 people per group. Although I may be on-site at your organization for days (depending on how many people need training), no one is out of the office for more than 3.5 hours. For example, one company had 36 people that needed training. Although I was on-site for three days, the time commitment for each employee was only 3.5 hours.

We begin with an initial overview of best practices. After this brief review, each participant then delivers a 7-10 minute presentation that they prepared in advance of the training session. The other participants provide comments on what they liked and constructive critiques on where they need improvement. I will also offer constructive criticism with “how-to’s” and exercises on how to fix weaknesses and enhance strengths.  After this is finished, the presenter is then asked to deliver parts of their presentation over with the recommended changes. Everyone sees instant results. Instead of the typical training program, we will focus on what each person needs.  The other participants learn by observing each presenter and by learning from the exercises. Everyone is a real-life case study.  This session is also videotaped, and everyone receives a copy of my book, a handout, and a follow-up e-mail with the “keepers” critical points of their session. If there are more than 8-12 people who need training, we can schedule additional meetings on the following day(s). We will go over crucial competencies as necessary, as listed in option one.

  This full-day program is similar to option 2. The main difference is after the first-day session; participants will meet the next day and have 30 minutes to 1 hour in a private 1 to 1 coaching session to go over specific challenges and concerns they want to work on. For example, some people may wish assistance in overcoming the “fear of speaking,” while someone else may want to work on “how to deliver a presentation.” We will go over critical competencies as necessary, as listed in option one.


Includes:   


· Two days with each group. Day one is the program (either option 1 or 2). Day two is individualized coaching

· After the first day, each person will get between 30 minutes to one hour to get personalized coaching on their challenges needs and concerns

· Each participant will deliver a presentation and get customized feedback (if taking option 2)

· Each participant will be able to view their presentation (if choosing option 2)

· All preparation to tailor program to clients challenges, needs, and concerns

· Up to 20 autographed copies of my book, “Present with Power, Punch, and Pizzazz” (additional copies $20 each)

· Handouts for all participants

· Actual presentation (any session lasting from 1 hour to a full day)
